At Utsav Cards, we strive to provide high-quality digital invitation designs and a smooth customer experience. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Services
All products and services offered on Utsav Cards are digital in nature. No physical items are shipped.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before the design work has started.
- Once the design process has begun or the digital file has been delivered, cancellation is not possible.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
- No refunds will be provided once the digital invitation design has been delivered.
- If a payment is deducted but the order is not processed due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5โ7 business days.
- In case of any mistake or defect from our side, we will review the issue and provide a revision or correction instead of a refund.
4. Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay only.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
