Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services

All products and services offered on Utsav Cards are digital in nature. No physical items are shipped.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before the design work has started.
• Once the design process has begun or the digital file has been delivered, cancellation is not possible.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products:

• No refunds will be provided once the digital invitation design has been delivered.
• If a payment is deducted but the order is not processed due to a technical error, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of any mistake or defect from our side, we will review the issue and provide a revision or correction instead of a refund.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed through Razorpay only.
• The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

7. Policy Updates

Utsav Cards reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.
